Reserve Team Manager Vacancy

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Team (Reserves) Manager at WTFC.


Managing the Reserves in the TNL Reserve League (and cup competitions) you'll need to work closely with the Under 18s and First Team Manager along with The Director of Football with the primary objectives of developing players to the First Team, Assisting Under 18s players with their footballing journey and enabling First Team players to have game time where required.


Applicants must have previous experience in football management or coaching and a track record of developing players for first team football would be desirable.

Off pitch soft skills such as experience of the Whole Game System and previous positive relationships with Club Secretaries and Officials at former clubs are also desirable.

The position has an immediate start date for the successful candidate in preparation for the 21/22 season.
