Leon Moore Resigns

After a situation relating to the alleged breach of club conduct of some playing staff at a recent club social event Leon Moore has decided to step down from his role as first team manager.

Leon arrived at the club in the summer of 2020 just a few days before the start of the season and an FA Cup ties against Biggleswade, so a real baptism of fire!

After 2 curtailed seasons, due to Covid, which were very 'stop start' Leon took the team up to 7th in the table and started to build a squad to compete well with in The Eastern Counties Premier Division.

We'd like to thank Leon for his efforts and commitment over the past 3 years, not only during those seasons effected by Covid but also more recently where the fixtures have been coming thick and fast. Also all the very best for the future and in his next football role, we look forward to seeing him again soon.

Glenn Snell will step up to take charge of the team, beginning with our trip to Lakenheath on Saturday. Our next home game and last match of 2021 is the following week, the 11th of December. Snelly will be looking for a reaction and hope to end the year with some more points on the board.
