Woodbridge Town Football Club is pleased to announce we have been awarded a new kitchen as part of the Howdens Game Changer Programme in partnership with England Football and Suffolk FA.
Woodbridge Town was selected as one of the lucky 450 clubs to receive a brand new, fitted kitchen for free as part of the Howdens Game Changer Programme. Launched in 2023, the Howdens Game Changer Programme helps improve clubhouse facilities at grassroots football clubs across the UK.
The Howdens Game Changer Programme is backed by football legend Chris Kamara MBE, who has lent his support by driving home the importance of grassroots football and clubhouse facilities throughout his career.

With depots across the country, Howdens carries one of the largest in-stock ranges in the UK across kitchens, flooring, joinery and hardware, so that products are readily available and projects of any size can be completed without delay
Woodbridge Town Director of Football, Carl Shemmings said, "We are pleased to be awarded a new kitchen. This is a much needed improvement to our clubhouse facilities and will help the whole community at Woodbridge Town, from our junior players to parents and supporters, and to our volunteers who give up their time each week to support us. It's great to see first-hand how the Howdens Game Changer Programme is having an impact on grassroots football across the country"
Work will begin on the new kitchen this year, and you can follow progress on our social media, where we will be providing consistent updates of the progression of this project.
