At the start of the 25/26 campaign, Woodbridge Town refreshed their social media, with supporters Jack and Harry taking over the reigns. Following a successful overhaul to revolutionise our social media, they're now taking over the website - but they need your help!
Firstly, welcome everybody to the new site! Upon taking over the website, our first aim was to refresh the home page with a sleeker, more modern design; making the content more legible and making the landing page of the website a better representation of the football club. We will continue to update pages over the next few weeks, bringing more content for all our various teams - the Men's, Ladies', U23's and U18's - including updating the squad screens, which need a long overdue refresh!
If there is anything missing from the site which was previously there, or something you would love to see added, feel free to get in touch. You can get involved in the comments of this news post or find the media team on a matchday to share your thoughts.
Secondly, we're looking for more volunteers to join our team! We want to expand our media coverage of all Woodbridge Town matches and are looking for matchday reporters and matchday photographers to join our team. Whether you are an experienced reporter/photographer who wants to lend a hand with their expertise or a keen novice looking to begin their portfolio, you're welcome to get involved.
We're looking for matchday reporters for all Woodbridge Town matches. This includes Woodbridge Town Men's, Woodbridge Town U23s, and Woodbridge Town Ladies matches. This can be just for home matches, but if possible, would be great to cover home and away.
We're looking for matchday photographers to work alongside the new club photographer, Max Woodward. If you're interested in taking up sports photography or an experienced photographer looking for a new project, we would love to have more photographers for our men's matchdays and dedicated photographers for our ladies team, as well as our U23s and U18s teams.
As with all volunteers at Woodbridge Town, these positions come with the perks of a free membership and season ticket for all Woodbridge Town home fixtures. For more information or to apply to be involved, contact us via direct messages on our social media.
Thank you for reading this first update on the website, we'll be looking to provide more consistent and quality content on the site so keep your eyes peeled, and you can join our mailing list using the email sign-up on the homepage.
