The Woodpeckers travel to Greens Meadow for a quarter-final clash in the Suffolk FA Senior Reserve Cup.
Stowmarket Town, who currently sit top of the league and are favourites to lift the cup, provide the opposition.
The sides have met once already this season, when a single goal from Nathan Porter secured a 1–0 league win for Stowmarket.
Woodbridge head into the match following a 1–0 home victory, sealed by a superb volley from Hunt. Stowmarket, meanwhile, have not played since 14 February, when goals from Oliver O’Neill and Nathan Porter earned them a 2–0 win over Parson Drove.
Archie Underwood is Stowmarket’s leading goalscorer with 12 goals in 16 games, with Nathan Porter close behind on 7 goals from 17 appearances.
For the Woodpeckers, Fleitas Branson leads the way with 10 goals in 13 appearances, while Cameron is not far behind with 8 in 15 games. Dines Ferrarge also boasts an impressive return, scoring 6 goals in just 7 appearances.
The winner of this tie will face Needham Market U23 in the semi-final, scheduled for next Friday, 13 March, at the home of Debenham LCFC. This game is sure to be a fantastic contest.
