AGM 25th July

The AGM of Woodbridge Town Football Club will take place in The Clubhouse on Sunday 25th July at 11am

Agenda items to include;

  • The accounts for financial years 2019-20 and 2020-21

  • Proposed amendments to the club constitution (rules)

  • The election of club officers for the 2021-22 season

Dan Daley has recently stepped down as Chairman, due to commitments to his business, Lockdales Auctioneers and Valuers. We'd like to put on record our thanks for his input and support over the past seasons and, of course, the support from Lockdales. You'll still see the Lockdales sponsorship of some of the training wear and they have recently added to their perimeter advertising boards too. We hope to still see Dan at some of our home matches when time allows.

As such there are a number of vacant positions available on The Management Board;

  • Chairperson

  • Vice Chairperson

  • Fundraising Manager

Nominations for election of members to the management board- Rule 13b

Nominations for election of members to the Management Board shall be made in writing by a proposer and seconder with the approval of the candidate, all of whom must be members of the Club, to the Club secretary marywtfc@gmail.com not less than 14 days prior (Monday 12th July) to the date set for the A.G.M..

The AGM is open to all but only current 2020-21 members are entitled to vote. The meeting is an ideal opportunity hear more about the workings of the club, vote for your board members and even get involved yourself.

At the conclusion of the AGM the bar will be open.
