A waterlogged pitch led to the postponement of saturday's clash with Thetford Town, but other games


went ahead Ipswich Wanderers to take advantage by moving into third spot after a 3-1 win at Norwich United. Joel Glover notched a brace for Wanderers and there was a superb goal from Nathan Read.

Mildenhall had a convincing 5-1 success over visitors Ely. Josh Lee, Luke Butcher and Toby Salmon all netted for 'Hall before a late brace from Tanner Call rounded off the scoring.

Improving Newmarket made it four wins in a row as two goals each from Matty Hayden and Callum Chambers-Shaw saw them beat local rivals Lakenheath 4-0 at The Pit.

After beating Whitton 9-0 in mid-week, Walsham hit another four against bottom side Haverhill Rovers at Summer Road. Scott Chaplin scored twice with Walsham's other goals coming from Ryan Twinn and Kyran Cooper. Ryan Swallow got a consolation goal for Rovers.
