CALEB Swan netted a hat-trick, as Woodbridge's U8 B team
ended the season as runners-up to Kesgrave - and in
emphatic style beating Sizwell & Knodishall 5-0.
Playing lots of good football, Woodbridge took the game
by the scruff of the neck and Swan was in strong form
netting three before the break.
Indeed at the break Woodbridge were four ahead, Harrison
Bacon having cracked home another just before the break.
The
second half saw plenty of good football from both sides,
especially from Gavin Davidson and Jake Fyvett but it
was Sam Booth who raced through to confidently finish to
net the home side their fifth.
Again the parental support and player enjoyment of this
team has seen them come from no-where at the start of
the season to show some wonderful efforts.
They
are deserved runners-up to an excellent Kesgrave side,
having lost only 3 of their 14 games. |
