GLENN READ – Manager Appointed from reserve team manager in Nov 2007 as Mick Stockwell’s successor, Glenn has worked his way up through the club from its youth teams and has played a significant part in developing our younger players.
	ANDY LAWRENCE – Assistant Andy has made the step-up alongside Glenn from his reserve team position as part of the new management team.
	SEAN THACKER – Head Coach Sean juggles his responsibilities within the Ipswich Town FC academy to co-ordinate our successful SETEC youth link-up with Copleston High School and will now be responsible for coaching throughout the club from 1st team downwards.

	JONATHAN BICKERS – Defender/Midfield This 29 year old experienced player has had previous spells at Ipswich Wanderers and Stowmarket Town.
	ALLICION BLAKE – Forward Quick and tricky 19 year old striker who has had trials previously with Ipswich Town and Cambridge United who made a quick step-up from the youth side.
	TONY BOTO – Forward A recent recruit to Notcutts Park, this 19 year old striker was previously with Ipswich Town F.C
	AARON CHURCHYARD- Midfielder A 19 year old pacy midfielder who has risen through the youth ranks at Notcutts Park to the 1st team squad and was named player of the year last term.
	PAUL HART – Midfielder Signed from SIL Felixstowe United in the summer of 2007, this 23 year old midfielder had spells at both Ipswich Town and Boston Utd.
	BEN GARNHAM- Midfielder A 18 year old central midfielder who forced his way into the 1st team towards the end of last season and has not looked out of place.
	MARCUS GARNHAM – Keeper A 19 year old keeper composed and confident beyond his years, that has progressed from within the youth ranks. Has been Suffolk U18 keeper previously, he also made a couple of appearances for Ipswich Town F.C reserves.
	ASHLEY GREEN – Defender A 24 year old centre-half that has made the step-up from Ransomes S.C in the SIL and is improving all the time. Currently sidelined with injury.
	DAVID KEMPSON- Midfielder
	BEN MILLER – Defender Recently returned to Notcutts Park following a spell with Ipswich Wanderers, this 29 year old left sided player brings back a wealth of Ridgeons League experience.
	STEFAN MARSH – Defender A strong and still maturing defender who earned a first team debut in December after impressive performances for the reserves and under 18’s.
	GRANT MONAGHAN- Defender A 19 year old left-back who has had to be patient before breaking through last year into the 1st team. Also represented Suffolk County U18’s last year
	GERARD NASH - Midfield 21 year old ex-Irish professional footballer but was forced to retire from the professional game after two cruciate ligament injuries. He played for Ipswich Town and also spent time on loan at Hartlepool United and Southend United.
	LEE O’NEILL – Forward A 25 year old talented forward who has made the short journey to us from Whitton United last season and is hoping for an injury free season this time.
	SIMON PEDDIE- Defender
	SEAN REA- Midfielder This 17 year old midfielder has made great progress since last season and was part of the clubs pre-season programme.
	LUKE READ – Midfielder A highly talented and composed 17 year old midfielder that also represented Suffolk County U18’s last season.
	MARK ROPER – Defender A talented 21 year old defender who joined us early last season and settled quickly to become vice-captain. Tiger Woods has had more clubs than Mark, but he can count Needham Market, Diss Town and AFC Sudbury amongst his!!
	TOM ROSS – Goalkeeper
	JAMIE SCALES – Defender 27 year old defender and club captain. A local lad who came through the youth ranks which included time with Cambridge United.
	BEN SEAMAN – Midfielder  A 17 year old pacy winger with huge potential. Represented Suffolk County U18’s last year and will aim to be a more prominent member of the 1st team this season.
	ARRAN SHEPPARD – Defender Yet another product of the youth system, this 19 year old defender made his debut in March 2006 after impressing for the Youth side.
